Shipping & Delivery Policy

Products can be delivered Australia wide, except to a PO Box. Please provide accurate street address when placing an order. Any damage to property during delivery to the nominated address of the buyer will not be the responsibility of Babytime Online.

Shipping costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and location, exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within 2 business days, and updated on the new timeframe for that item. If this timeframe is not suitable, Babytime Online will offer an alternative product, credit note or refund.

  • Smaller items: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, if an item is in stock. Shipping times can range from 3-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
  • Larger items: Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days, if an item is in stock. Larger items, i.e. cots and furniture, are unique in size in terms of freight handling and delivery location. When ordering larger items, delivery times may take up to 12 weeks depending on supplier availability, if the item is not in stock. Please contact Babytime Online for a quote first on these special items if desired.

Delivery Address Unattended

Babytime Online highly recommend that you choose a delivery address, where during the main course of the day someone is present to accept your delivery. Customers are responsible for having someone at the delivery address to receive delivery and sign for goods. Babytime Online will not be responsible for delivery being received by unauthorised persons.

For smaller items sent via Post, a delivery card will be left in your mail box or under you door and you will be required to collect your goods from your local post office.

For items sent via courier, any cost for re-delivery will be passed to the customer if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery. You will need to contact Babytime Online to arrange a suitable time for a second delivery at your expense.

Goods Damaged in Transport

If an item has been damaged in transport, please contact Babytime Online as soon as possible and Babytime Online will arrange for a replacement to be sent, once the incorrect item has been returned and received.

Please Note: If only a component/part has been damaged, and if possible, Babytime Online will only send a replacement of the damaged component/part.

Partial / Missing Goods When Delivered

If ordering multiple items, it is possible that more than one carton maybe delivered. If this is the case, please check your Consignment Note details provided to you and ensure the correct numbers of items are signed for. Please ensure you sign for only the cartons delivered, and if there is a short delivery, this is signed for accordingly. Please contact Babytime Online if this has occurred.

Incorrect Goods Delivered

If an incorrect item has been sent to you, please contact Babytime Online as soon as possible and Babytime Online will arrange for the correct item to be sent, once the incorrect item has been returned and received.

Return Policy

Please choose carefully as Babytime Online does not give refunds or exchange items if you simply change your mind.

However, within the first 7 days of purchase, the product can be returned for credit provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item is in original condition as purchased, including all packaging (internal and external)
  • The product is unopened
  • The cost of returning the product to Babytime Online will be at the customer's expense
  • Babytime Online will not be held responsible or liable for the product being damaged or lost upon return.
  • If the returned item is found to be open or used, any refund or exchange will not be processed and goods will only be returned to the customer once all shipping costs are paid.
  • For hygiene reasons, some items can't be returned even within the 7 days

Babytime Online reserves the right to:

  • Refuse a refund or exchange if the product has been damaged due to inappropriate use (deliberate damage, misuse or neglect)
  • Refuse a refund for free/bonus offers or items
  • Refuse a refund for damage caused by non domestic use

Warranty

If an item you have appears faulty under the warranty period, please contact Babytime Online.

  • Direct Deposit - BSB and Account Number can be provided on request.
  • Cheque or Money Order

The prices displayed on this website are subject to change, and may change without notice. Babytime Online reserve the right to have different prices in store compared to those on the Babytime Online website.

Availability of Products

All products on Babytime Online's website are supplied subject to availability. Whilst stock availability is updated constantly, there can be occasions when an item may become temporarily unavailable. Should this situation arise, you will be contacted and updated on the new timeframe for that item. If this timeframe is not suitable, Babytime Online will offer an alternative product, credit note or refund.
